Select this option if your unit is less than two years old or has been cleaned annually. Tankless water heaters located in the attic are an additional $20 per cleaning. We use environmentally friendly cleaners to flush all of the mineral buildup out of your tankless hot water heater. Most tankless water heater manufacturers recommend an annual cleaning to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and longevity. If your unit hasn't been cleaned in over 2 years, see our Advanced Cleaning service that uses additional (but still environmentally friendly) cleaning agents in a flush that is 50% longer.
